Jonathan's Landing Golf Club The first course to open at Jonathan's Landing is sometimes called the "In Town" course by designer Tom Fazio. This course is located amongst homes, lakes and waterways. It is probably the only course in the country with a ferryboat. The ferryboat accommodates two golf carts and is used to cross a salt water boating channel leading to the Intracoastal Waterway. The "In Town" course is the most used at Jonathan's Landing and may be the most difficult with its small, fast greens. Just a few minutes away at Jonathan's Landing Old Trail, is a second course by Tom Fazio and another course by Arthur Hills. Tom Fazio's course has been described as spectacular. Innovative. Fazio's best. And, remarkably all of these superlatives are true. Each fairway meanders around shimmering lakes, serene wetlands and towering pines. Dramatic contouring adds to the incredible variety of play that is a Fazio tradition. And just one solitary road (Clubhouse Drive) separates the front nine from the back. So only nature's pristine beauty might distract you from your game. Arthur Hills' course is the perfect balance with the Fazio courses. Hills has designed a course truly worthy of such a magnificent setting, with even the short holes providing a stimulating challenge. The natural beauty of the cypress hammocks and towering stands of pine remain unblemished. What's more, neither roads nor residential development are within the course, a feature offered by few, if any, other South Florida courses. 16823 Captain Kirle Drive, Jupiter, FL. Okeeheelee Golf Course This facility has three nine hole courses that are played in three eighteen hole combinations. The name Okeeheelee means "quiet waters" in the unwritten language of the Seminole Indians, and this name is uniquely suited for this 1,000-acre regional park. Each hole has five tees to play from, so every skill level will feel comfortable playing here. All three courses are similar in design. The terrain is fairly flat, the fairways are basically wide open, and the tees are slightly elevated. There are a total of forty-three ponds coming into play on all the courses. The tiered greens are average in size and speed.1200 Country Club Way, West Palm Beach, FL. Phone: 561-964-4653 |

The 6,015-yard men's tee also has a ladies' course rating of 70.6 and a slope of 122.11401 Northlake Blvd, Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Phone: 561-626-7888 |
